We expect our Partners to promote and market the Boffin/Open application software within their Region where they will be providing assistance to the existing customers with knowledge and practical support.

Our Partners are expected to have the technical expertise, background and commercial skills necessarily to form a successful relationship with the end-users, to the benefits of all concerned, the users, the partners, Oracle and Bishopstrade.

Bishopstrade Limited wants to establish successful, long-term relationships with its Partners and therefore has prepared the following document to ensure a real Partnership;

The Boffin/Open FREIGHT application is a rather large system therefore we do not expect our Partners to have the same product knowledge as the designers of the system, therefore Bishopstrade will be involved in the pre-sales technical discussions so that ALL future installations shall have a good foundation.

All BOFFIN/OPEN Supply contracts and Software Support & Maintenance contracts will be between Bishopstrade and the end-users with agreement of the Authorized Partners.
