Public & Financial Institutions Bishopstrade
is endorsed by, receives advice and support from, supplies data to, and
is the recipient directly or indirectly of funding from various public
institutions and banks 2.
Ministries of Finance & Inspector Generals / Public Auditors Our main clients
for the Boffin Open Customs & Excise System are the Revenue Authorities,
but they come under the Ministry of Finance. Private companies in the
freight and transport industry come under the compliance mandate of the
national Revenue Authorities for declarations, returns, payments etc 3.

being Oracle Corporation, who provides consultancy and implementation,

Consultation At every stage
in a project, Bishopstrade consults regularly with all stakeholders. In
particular we participate in studies, workshops and consultative meetings
on regional standardisation and integration. 2.
Public Procurement Policy For Public
Contracts of sufficient value where Bishopstrade is the Prime Contractor,
Bishopstrade carries out or recommends procurement in line with IBRD /
World Bank / EIB / AfDB Rules of Procedure for International Tendering
as applied to complex infrastructure projects. In practice this means
targeting no less than three pre-qualified viable bids per project item.
Awards of Contract and Supplier / Contactor Payments are similarly processed. 3.
Transparency Bishopstrade
provides for transparency in all its business matters in Public Contracts
where this does not conflict with normal commercial non-disclosure agreements
or contract confidentiality clauses: a) Sovereignty
